As affective as our therapist are at deep tissue sports therapy and massage, if you continue to train in the same way the likelihood is that the symptoms you have come to us with will be reoccurring. WHY...your body reached a threshold point in some form which has caused you to experience pain or discomfort. It may be that this was because you did something that your body is not used to (additional/acute stress injury). OR that continued use of muscle patterns has identified a weakness and your body has let you know!
Our manual therapy modalities act as an initial and often continued maintenance to relieve your pains but to give yourself the best recovery and protection against further setbacks you will need to add effective mobility, strengthening and flexibility routines to your programme of exercise. 1-2-1 session with our experts will give you the safest/quickest route to recovery and equip you with the knowledge to prevent the likelihood of further injury.
